IT IS OUR BELIEF THAT... Students are one of the most important people in this business...either they come to us in person, by mail, electronically or otherwise. They are not dependent on us. We are dependent on them. They are not an interruption of our work... They are the purpose of it. We are not doing them a favor by teaching them...They are doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to do so. They are not outsiders to our business. They are an integral part of it. They are not cold statistics. They are flesh and blood, human beings with feelings and emotions like our own. They are not people to argue or match wits with. Our purpose is to guide and share our knowledge with them. They are people who bring us their needs and we aim to service them. |
